Their receptionist Lori is one of the most disrespectful and rude human beings I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. Seriously, someone needs to remove her position like yesterday. The way she publicly responded and spoke to a rescue is absolutely appalling and as a clinic you should be ashamed and embarrassed that this is who represents you. I will never take my pets to you so long as she is employed and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to avoid this horrible place.
I have never had a better Veterinary experience, Dr Tate is great, she is kind and gentle with your pets, She has seen my parrot and my dog. And each time she has always explained the smallest detail of my pet's problems and knew what to do. I have to drive a good 45 mins to get to Overwatch, but it is a drive worth my time. We do have a local vet, but they are not as thorough or thoughtful I prefer a Vet I can trust. Thank You Dr Tate.
This vet is amazing. I took my super anxious 17 lb,13 year old male cat Mittens, here for an appointment for worms and for his annual vaccines. He started sneezing at home for a few weeks prior and some were bloody, which terrified me. Mittens also has some thicker nails due to his age which also concerned me. Mittens received an injection at the office to treat and kill the worms, which he tolerated beautifully. The front desk staff, vet tech and vet were all incredibly nice, professional and explained everything to me. W... read more
