My little house is 832 Square feet. I live in an over 55 community that this business was familiar with. I have two bedrooms with carpeting and tile floors in the living room, bathroom and kitchen. They gave me an estimate Of $850.00. Because I would be a first time customer they would give me a ten percent discount. Therefore, it would be $765.00. Horrible. 495 for two rooms. I was under a lot of pressure to get my elderly moms house ready to sell I knew the cost was outrageous but the job was not worth 100. He was her for 40 minutes. Do not hire them.

They are claiming to own property and parking in a vacant lot they do not own and blocking parents from picking up their children. Also the owner came over to the lot and told the parents we are not allowed to park there or in her actual parking lot. She is very rude and disrespectful to others. Her employee's are just as rude. Was walking across the street with my child and they proceeded to drive and almost hit us and rolled down the window and said what you are not allowed to park there
Paid $180 to have my rug cleaned and they took the money and gave it to me back the same way I brought it to them. Maybe they steamed it at best. Nobody would answer when I asked what kind of cleaning procedure they used. Nobody answered my email when I asked for a copy of my bill. The rug smells the same and looks exactly the same as when I dropped it off. Very professional! $50 to expedite the cleaning. We'll they did!!!
