Shane was on time for my appointment and did an amazing job transforming my carpet I lost hope for. Made sure to explain everything well, overall very nice and professional guy. if price isn’t your biggest issue I definitely recommend this company.
Damarlon and Shane delivered our rug, which was at the shop for cleaning. When they laid it down it had some waves in it where wouldn't lie flat. They got a steamer out of their truck and carefully steamed out all the waves. They were unflaggingly polite and helpful, and didn't leave until we were completely satisfied. Now our rug is clean and lies flat as well!
