My experience with Green Toyota Volkswagen Audi was PHENOMENAL!!! I decided to wait the 1 1/2 that Julie Sexton had quoted me, and was most surprised with the hospitality! It was AMAZING!! Julie was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient as she explained the details of the multi-point inspection that they had performed on my vehicle. I will DEFINITELY go back for additional service.
I went in to have some work done on my 2018 Volkswagen Atlas and asked to have an appraisal done while it was there. Isaiah Adams was the one who helped with that. We talked for awhile in the parking lot about things other than cars he was very friendly and kind to my kids (3 & 11) talking to them. Sent my car to Volkswagen in late October and paid them right at $2200.00 down payment for a motor and still have not gotten my car and keep getting all kind of stories about when I will receive it. Been told several times that it would be the next week and here it is about to be February and I still haven't gotten my car.I would never recommend anyone to this company. Very professional. Staff was friendly.
Excellent as always. Lately, I’ve had a couple VW issues, one of them serious and urgent. The service guy, Jason Farwell, listened to me and fit me in quickly. Both times, the work was effective. Jason is alway attentive and friendly, and that’s one of the reasons I go to Lia instead of a nearby (and sometimes less expensive) alternative.
