I have purchased 2 bikes now from these guys and had a great experience each time. Everyone was friendly and the service was fantastic. No high pressure sales tactics or telling you "I have another guy coming to buy this...you better get it now" like another large motorcycle dealer out of Decatur does. The place is neat, clean, and not too big. I will always go to Overturf first.
Won't reply to my email offers or anything. I'd recommend a new sales team or manager. After 3 ignored offers over a week I told them please have some sense and try sell me a bike I'm clearly interested in and still no reply. Pretty much begging them to take my money. Disappointing, and as a sales professional myself seeing this ignorance is just a disgrace to our profession to be honest.
Went in for an oil change and a simple service, and was surprised when I walked in and saw how much stock they had on hand. Helmets, jackets, gloves, some Victory brand some other brands. Additionally they got me right in at my appointment time and out the door in a few minutes. They did not try to push new tires on me, even though I do need some soon, but they advised me of the rough mileage before I would be required to change.
