Great location. Layouts are on point and look exactly like the 3d tours and videos online. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the details in this place. Nice outdoor deck with hanging lights that overlook the marsh for hanging out on the nice days too. I have tons of sunset pictures and the staff is the best!!
I recently toured this property with a friend who is looking to relocate to the area, and I have to say that it’s absolutely amazing! We were welcomed into a warm and inviting environment that felt very relaxed and like home. The community is beautifully maintained, and the amenities are great! Beautiful location and amenities just be very wary of signing a lease with OWA. Management is very unresponsive and purposefully avoid helping with any serious problems that naturally arise. Your rent $$ will be more valued than any of the residents at the property. Edited to add my family left no less than a dozen messages for April to call us back and we are still waiting for her call.
My aunt lives here and I visit her often. She is so happy with how clean, spacious and welcoming Overture West Ashley is. I have met most of the staff and they are all so friendly that she raves about them constantly. There is such a pretty walking path that we go on when it is nice out. Plus there are always a lot of events for her to go to so she keeps active. Check out their pool, game room and pickle ball court! If you are looking for a well maintained property you will want to live here!
