Maintenance experience recently was excellent. Shawn accomplished the work in an expeditious manner. He was courteous. All of my maintenance experiences with Shawn have been 5 star.
I’ve been living here for 4-5 years and I honestly can say I don’t think I’d live anywhere else. Robert has been cool and I see him running around the property being friendly and helping everyone every single day. He’s been a great addition to the community. Him and Jelisa have been some of the friendliest people I’ve met. Always willing to help. I don’t see myself anywhere else

Great location. Layouts are on point and look exactly like the 3d tours and videos online. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the details in this place. Nice outdoor deck with hanging lights that overlook the marsh for hanging out on the nice days too. I have tons of sunset pictures and the staff is the best!!
