January 2026 - Still love it! This is a place that’s easy to make “home” and I’m thankful to live here. The staff is terrific and they make more of a difference than is easily believed. Once you’ve had great leadership, you realize what a difference they make. Great place and great people — residents and staff. The latest - Summer 2025: I had an hvac emergency at 5pm on a Friday ... this great team had it back by 5:15! Tanya and Tracey (Office staff) are so awesome, patient and helpful that they made my move so easy and stress free. Apartments are gorgeous too!!!!
The latest - Summer 2025: I had an hvac emergency at 5pm on a Friday ... this great team had it back by 5:15! Lori answered the phone at 5pm and the maintenance expert Ricky was at my apartment and had it figured out within 15 minutes. I feel like I have a team on my side at this apartment community ... it would have been very easy to say "sorry, you're too late" but that didn't happen. I'm so thankful for my home! This community is everything we could ask for -- comfortable well-appointed apartments, great amenities, a wonderful caring administrative/management team, and great neighbors in a safe and vibrant area of greater Houston. Best decision we could have made for 55-plus housing.
Great place! The community is full of really nice folks and the amenities here are spectacular! The community meeting area and community kitchen are phenomenal and beautiful! The coffee machine is amazing with wonderful selections! Just bring your own cup! Michael was very helpful in setting up a community learning activity about dental health!
