This is a bittersweet review. Soon, I will be finalizing my Mom's move-out from OSO. Mom loved this place as they pretty much let her live and enjoy her home without constant interruptions. She loved how quiet it was, safe and how friendly the staff were. In fact, when any overall maintenance had to be done, they knew my Mom couldn't walk very well, so they would time maintenance visits whenever a caregiver or family member were on premises.
