Very nice and quiet place to live, staff is very nice and friendly
I am so happy here at Riverwalk. The staff here is outstanding. So easy to work with. Recently I needed some assistance and Kim, the assistant manager, was right on top of helping me, as she always is. What a treasure she is. Never puts anyone off and is outstandingly pleasant.
This place is wonderful! We were treated very nicely and residents were very friendly. Emily and her associate gave us a tour of the place. Very clean and very beautiful unit! I look forward to going there!
Well, I have lived here for 11 months now. And I just got my lease renewal. My rent has gone up a $159 a month. Which is absolutely ridiculous. This is a 55 and over community. People are on a fixed income and to raise the rent in 1 year to a $159 is absolutely. Absurd, so so in the next 5 years. I'm probably gonna have to move out at 65 years old. That is absolutely ridiculous. Corporation office does not care about their people, obviously if they're gonna raise their rent this high after only living there. 1 year I've live... read more
The staff is very friendly and quick to help out with any questions. Maintenance also is quick to respond to anything that needs fixing. I love that the grounds are very well manicured. And how they have daily events that you may participate in.
