My mom lived at Overture for 5 years, and was very active in their community events. She paid her rent on time, made friends, and was very happy there. Living at Overture 55+ has been a nice experience! The apartment is comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The staff are friendly, creating a nice community feel. The amenities are great, and the location strikes the balance of being centrally located yet peaceful and private.

I had a very disappointing experience at Overture Riverwalk. I visited the community on Saturday, June 28, for a scheduled tour of unit #27102 with the sales consultant Emily. I liked the apartment and told her I would return with my wife to proceed with the lease. Emily said she would be off on Monday (June 30) and could assist me on Tuesday (July 1). However, on Monday morning around 9 AM, I went back briefly to take photos for my wife—and surprisingly, Emily was working and even gave me access to the property. Later that ... read more
