Living at Overture 55+ has been a nice experience! The apartment is comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The staff are friendly, creating a nice community feel. The amenities are great, and the location strikes the balance of being centrally located yet peaceful and private.
I had a very disappointing experience at Overture Riverwalk. I visited the community on Saturday, June 28, for a scheduled tour of unit #27102 with the sales consultant Emily. I liked the apartment and told her I would return with my wife to proceed with the lease. Emily said she would be off on Monday (June 30) and could assist me on Tuesday (July 1).
