Office staff did not communicate in a timely fashion with my client or follow up with him sufficiently. This resulted in him cancelling his application and going elsewhere. I emailed the manager Lorenna several times and she never replied to any of my emails. Very disappointing experience. Will not be referring any clients here in the future.
Not really great! They need more maintenance staff, dependable management and more management staffing (as it’s like a revolving door here!), better and healthier breakfast choices, and stop accepting people who are smokers and not independent at all! I can’t say enough good things about Overture Plano! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The community has such a vibrant, friendly atmosphere—it truly feels like home. The amenities are top-notch, and the activities and events help foster real connections among residents. It’s clear that the team and Amalee Perozo have put a lot of thought and heart into everything they do. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful, supportive, and engaging place to live!
The community is always clean, well-maintained, and full of life. There are always events going on. I got to meet Amalee their super sweet event coordinator who gave us a brief summary of what each month looks like. The residents seem genuinely happy and connected. Knowing my loved one is in such a safe, active, and caring community! Highly recommend!
