I lived there from January 2024 to January 2025. The apartment itself was nice enough, but during the time I lived there, the elevator closest to my 4th floor apartment was out of order multiple times for several weeks, and the external door to the building was also inoperable several times for several weeks. My car was also broken into while parked in my reserved space. The real issue, though, is their billing practices. We have enjoyed the one year we have lived at Overture Plano. We have no regrets moving here. The residents here have become our extended family and the staff has been great. We like having multiple events to chose from.
Office staff did not communicate in a timely fashion with my client or follow up with him sufficiently. This resulted in him cancelling his application and going elsewhere. I emailed the manager Lorenna several times and she never replied to any of my emails. Very disappointing experience. Will not be referring any clients here in the future.
