I thought this was a decent place to live until I found out they FORCE you to pay for Spectrum cable TV and Internet whether you want it or not. I don't even use the TV service and can go with a competitor to get internet for $35 but they make us pay $95. And since they have an exclusive contract with Spectrum, you just know they are getting a commission or kickbacks off us. I checked my lease agreement and Spectrum is not mentioned once.
