RecommendedA great facility for the mature client interested in making their life easier. Beautiful facility with many activities. Spacious, well appointed residences. Helpful friendly staff. Competently and very well managed. Great alternative when one no longer wants the hassle and headaches of home ownership.
Moved Mom here last month. She is 73 active still drives. She loves it here. Made lots of new friends. Fun activities happening all the time. Beautiful complex and great units. Definitely recommend for active seniors.
Little recreation space indoors. Obviously designed for Arizona! Teeny cramped apartments. Why double sinks in bathroom when two people cannot coexist in an apartment this small? Good location.
Amazing! Visited the community last week, and was stunned at the thought that Greystar has put into this community and the Overture brand. Fairfax's new community for people ready to downsize. I wish I was over 62!! Cannot wait to see the finished product. I hear they are doing hard hat tours soon!
