I like John's straight forward approach to answering questions, he doesn't mark up equipment, he's got a great indoor range setup, and is glad to tune bows, craft arrows, or even give lessons to people new to equipment such as myself being new to releases.
Absolutely love this place and would recommend to anyone! Brought my son in for the JOAD program with absolutely no experience and it didn’t matter to the owners. They welcomed him in as if he’d been shooting there for years and this is now one of my sons favorite activities. Thank you so much for providing an amazing experience for my family!
My husband was trying to take my daughter out for a nice outing and the owner was rude to them both. I trust my husbands judgement for he works with the public all the time. We wont be giving this perspn our buisness. Especially for treating a little girl poorly. So many people give the store a 5 star rating and say there was good customer service. Makes me wonder why my husband and daughter were treated so rudely? I know he isnt just imagining rhings either.
Great atmosphere with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great job Jon, Jude and rest of the staff.
Great place, great products and great service!! I blew the strings off my bow right before my hunting trip and was an hour away and closing time was in 45 minutes and Jon said “come on I’ll wait on you”....my bow was back to shooting that night and I was able to go hunting...thanks a million!!!
Jon is as good as they get when setting you up and tuning your bow. Personable, knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it takes to get you where you want to be. Definitely worth the trip.
