Josh and his team at Overton Valley Construction have been amazing!! Their attention to detail and quality of their work is noticed right away. Josh was organized and communicated with us on a large scale project. He was very easy to work even when we added new projects that were not in the original contract. Overton Construction built two bedrooms and a living space downstairs. We had a large picture window installed so we can directly view the lake. Josh did such an amazing job helping us after our house caught fire. He helped us with the insurance company and letting us know what all would have to be fixed before the house was livable again. We are so grateful to have met him and worked with him. We will be referring him to anyone who asks us about contractors in the future and will go to him for any projects in the future.
