Disappointed with our experience today with the vent cleaning company scheduled to service our apartment. After speaking with both parties, Overton HVAC states they were not informed ahead of time about the dog in the home or the ongoing urine odor issue affecting the vents. However, the property manager claims the company was informed about both the odor issue and the presence of the dog before the appointment.
