Charged £117 for changing a light socket because the engineer had to go and get supplies!!! Was at my house for literally 20 mins shocking! Was excellent the first time i used them for being on site a-lot longer will never use again In response to your response. Last time you attended my house you were there for over 2 hours which is a-lot less than you were here this time and charged less. And thanks for the response i hope more people see this and stay away from you if that’s how you respond to customers

Engineer was going to be late but he rang to make me aware & check if it was still OK to attend. He carried out what was expected to a high standard, respecting my property at all times.
We had them to service our alarm system . The engineer came at the time promised and was very kind and helpful and gave good advice . We will definitely use this firm again .
