Initial communication with Ryan was great. He came out and checked out the tornado damage we had at our property on Truman lake. He then fell off the face of the Earth once he found out that we only needed half of our roof done instead of the whole thing. We tried multiple times through text and phone calls to follow up with him to no avail. We ended up going with a different roofing contractor even though Ryan from Overton Contracting came highly recommended.
Brock is by far the best contractor we have dealt with. On time, perfect service, attention to detail, price beyond compare. And you deal directly with the owner, what's better than that?
Really enjoyed working with Brock. His crew was fast and did a great job our roof and guttering. Highly recommended!
