Jeremy hung up on me when I questioned how they knew the equipments total hours since it was not the original hours "according to them". Why would he do that if he had nothing to hide? Did I strike a nerve? I didn't even expect much, just more curious than anything about what standard they used to verify, if at all. Just RUDE behavior for a pretty straightforward question. Absolutely LOVE this business. In the last 5 years my family has purchased 3 vehicles and 1 work UTV. Jeremy, Josh and Tristan are all wonderful to work with and we couldn't be happier with the services they offer, and even more so their prices. Very fair. The process has always been so streamlined that other members of our family also buy from them - service vans, ATV and a work truck as well. 100% recommend these guys if you have any truck/trailer/equipment needs!
Has 200 trucks, all over priced. Was a little embarrassing when one had to be jumped. After a while the "salesman" got bored and wasn't seen again, we wanted to test drive a truck, had to search facility to ask. We left not saying good bye or thank you. Didn't know where he was
I drove up to Idaho from Utah last week to buy a boom truck from overtime. When I got there I was disappointed to find that the truck I had come to see had a broken winch and that a couple of the tires were very beat up. The ksl ad I had responded to had stated the tires were almost new and said nothing about a broken winch. After pointing the issues out to my sales guy he reduced the price what I considered a reasonable amount and I agreed to buy the truck.
