Beware of scam. Ordered 5 mini-split units from this company more almost two months ago for $8600 and they never shipped. Followed up multiple times, each time they promised it was being shipped the next day. Never happened. Now they're not responding.

Purchasing from Overstock home outlet was A good experience; the prices were great. The worker helped us load what we bought and was very helpful. When I asked questions about the products, I got quick response; I thought the customer service was exceptional!! plan on using them Again!
Don't waste your money here. Stay away this place. They rip you off. Went to return some items and they refused to give me the money back. The manager Vert didn't even get out from the office what kind of management is that?
