I ordered an AC Coil on Friday and it showed up on Sunday! The coil is a new, old stock, coil which arrived in perfect condition, packaged in the original unopened packaging but the entire unit was re-packaged with extra padding and reinforced corners. Bought a furnace, it was delivered on time. Has issues with the board and emailed them and left a voicemail. My installer sent an email, didn't hear anything from them. Meanwhile my tenant is without heat. Called they said did you tell us it was bad before you bought one. I said yes I called left a VM and we sent about 4 or so emails stating what was going on. We purchased 5 blinds different in sizes and all $3.00 each. Some of the boxes were torn, but the blinds were not affected. Anthony (great guy) assisted us. They have plumbing supplies at discounted prices and so happened to acquire an abundance of window blinds. We plan on returning for plumbing essentials soon.

What a great experience buying from this company. Purchased a high efficiency boiler here and at first was a little concerned about "sounds to good to be true" price. This was shipped right out and I received it within 2 days but unfortunately, it was the wrong model.
