Great prices, super fast delivery! Thank you!👍 Update: everything is great when goes great, but once something goes wrong, e.g. us overstock outlet sold us a used item (mattress), which was revealed later. The customer service changed their face at once and acted in the most possible rude manner. They didn't want to listen or solve the situation as all respectful stores would. As a business owner I rate thier communication and professionalism a 1. The seem to be afraid to be honest to thier customers. Claim to call back but never do. Ways give miss leading information and put the blame on employees for the business mistakes. I been waiting for furniture for more than eight months. And they still don't know exacy whe. Be very very careful! So I came in here, telling the sales associate I was looking for a bed frame with a headboard and two drawers. Couldn’t find anything that was out and standing. The sales associate grabs me and tells me she found something that she thinks I would like. Photo attached is the exact bed she said I would get. The only thing is, it’s still in a box. Muy mala experiencia tenemos 9 meses que compramos unos muebles y le falta una pieza y hasta ahorita no lo an arreglado y como no se puede cambiar menos regresar el dinero estamos en espera mala decisión comprar en esta tienda!
