I have nothing but great things to say about Overstock Flooring and Ben, the manager. He is enthusiastic about helping customers and gets products to contractors and DIY folks and home renovators like me as expeditiously as possible. I shopped in all of the “usual” stores, looking for luxury vinyl tile that wasn’t planks and that didn’t try to look like wood, but looked like marble instead. They did everything possible to make up happy and friendly installers Ben good guy
Can't say enough about the customer service. We were having a little trouble getting started. We went to the store and got a tutoring from Ben who offered to come to my house and get us started. The floor ended up looking fantastic. Customer service and great prices.
I will start by saying the price was very reasonable but the service was so so. We had flooring installed for our whole downstairs and wall to wall flooring installed our whole up stairs. The flooring was done but not completely. The men who came and did the work didn't even put on the baseboards we purchased and didn't even tell us, just left the job looking incomplete. Incredibly disappointed. We had our kitchen floor installed 2 summers ago and the whole thing has been a mess. The installers showed up not only without the right materials, but were rude and tried to tell us "too bad" and that we "had" to use what was on their truck, even though we specifically ordered what we needed. They rushed the job and laid the tile and grouted on the same day.
