OverSoul is a gift to our community. If you’re ever like “oh shit I could really use a massage” this is the place. I have booked week of and day of appointments and just select the any provider option; every massage therapist I have seen at OverSoul has been outstanding. I was weighed down with trying out different spas or having to book a month in advance and OverSoul took that stress off of me. Also, it’s super cute inside and everyone has a calm, welcoming energy.
Calming the nervous system and embracing balance!! I highly recommend a sound bath healing session with Heather. She taps into her intuitive and feminine energy practices to help you reset, relax and balance via a soothing bath of vibration and frequency.
Laura was absolutely wonderful! She fit me in the same day, which I appreciated so much, and gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had! Not only did she help release so much physical tension—already easing my constant headaches—but she also created such a safe, comforting space. She was the perfect balance of skilled massage therapist and caring listener, and I left feeling both physically and emotionally lighter. I can’t thank her enough and will definitely be coming back to see her as soon as possible!
My Reiki and Chakra balancing session at Oversoul with Heather Dressel was a truly healing experience. The beautiful and peaceful space immediately put me at ease and relaxed me.
