I purchased windows from Oversons earlier this year. Rather than actually "measure" for the exterior windows, Overson's guessed at the sizes. When the windows arrived, they didn't fit! Although Overson's tried blaming the window manufacturer, they eventually admitted to fabricating the story. I had Overson's re-order using actual measurements (taken by a building contractor) and the windows went in perfectly.
