We just returned from our best ladies trip to date! We have stayed in many 30a neighborhoods but I have to say this was by far our favorite. Removed from the crowds but close enough to enjoy all of what 30a has to offer. We walked to the beach every day and sometimes used the bikes or the cart but the walk through the neighborhood was lovely. The house was perfect for our large group and could have easily fit more. We had a great experience. The house was more than expected.
Oversee is always our go to for a Santa Rosa 30a beach rental. This year was at THE SEA GODDESS and it was AMAZING. Room was super clean, had everything we needed. Beach had a private area for the condo which was nice. Very close to our favorite plant store , clay 30a. Quick reply and easy check in thru oversee30a. Very nice vacation.

The house was perfect. There wasn’t anything we could have wanted that it didn’t have stocked. Super close to the beach and pool was quiet and nice. Bikes included were a very nice touch. You can easily walk to local catch and the snack shack- or even further on down to shunk gulley. Love, love, love the decor and Oversee is an awesome company to work with- knowing that they donate to cancer children’s vacation charities makes me love them even more!!
