I worked directly with Neysa at the front desk. She is truly one of the most kind and understanding people I have ever worked with. Goes out of her way to help with a smooth move in process. She is beyond helpful and very quick to respond, which is always appreciated in a move-in scenario where many questions come up. I applaud the Oversea apartments for finding a hidden gem in her. She is an extraordinary employee. It felt like my own mother was helping me move into my new apartment. She deserves a raise!!!

I have lived at the Oversea for 3 years now and let me say how much I love this building. The location and amenities are fantastic. The units are great and most importantly the people that work here are absolutely awesome! If you're even thinking about moving to west palm or looking to give another building a chance def check out the Oversea. Make sure you ask for Neysa she is the absolute best and will help address all your needs and answer any of your questions!
This place is wonderful! I’m so glad we ended up here. Neysa made our decision to call this place home so easy! The amenities are wonderful, the staff is incredible! Anytime I need anything, Neysa is my go to girl! I just love this place!
