DO NOT live here. Here's why. I really wanted to like this apartment complex because it has a great location and, at a first glance, looks very nice. Unfortunately, living here turned out to be pretty disappointing. One of the biggest issues is the lack of cleanliness. Trash is often left around the property, and dog droppings are everywhere, which not only leaves stains on walkways and common areas but also attracts bugs. Neysa at Oversea Apartments has been absolutely amazing throughout my move to Florida. From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. I worked directly with Neysa at the front desk. She is truly one of the most kind and understanding people I have ever worked with. Goes out of her way to help with a smooth move in process. She is beyond helpful and very quick to respond, which is always appreciated in a move-in scenario where many questions come up. I applaud the Oversea apartments for finding a hidden gem in her. She is an extraordinary employee. It felt like my own mother was helping me move into my new apartment. She deserves a raise!!!
Great location, staff, building, and neighbors. Would highly recommend.
