I highly recommend Overrun for local E36 support. I recently purchased an EPROM chip for my M50B25tu to replace an old ALS Performance chip. It arrived quickly and was very well packaged. Not only did the chip offer improved low-end responsiveness over the previous aftermarket one, it also solved an idle issue. For those with a stock DME chip, these offer improved responsiveness and high-rpm performance.
