Great place! Good and bad community.
For the love of all that is good. Do not rent or purchase a home. In this park management is inconsistent about park rules, prone to be bullied by other residents and largely absent. Services in the lease are either not fulfilled or so inconsistently fulfilled that they might as well not even do them.Pray that there is no significant snowstorm because it will take them three or four days to get the plow to the park. This rating is way to high. Management is the worst.
we just got our car towed, we called the police station and they notified us that the owner of the trailers park was given a notice in june saying no cars will be allowed to park on the curbside. the owner did not alert me nor my neighbors that this will be happening. there are multiple cars parked on the curbside still. we dont understand why ours. especially without getting notice from the owner.
