Honestly, I would look into living somewhere else before moving into this park. The rules are very inconsistent. I understand they have rules to keep everything to a standard, but you can’t have a “standard” when they pick and choose what rules to enforce and who they enforce the rules on. Great place! Good and bad community.
For the love of all that is good. Do not rent or purchase a home. In this park management is inconsistent about park rules, prone to be bullied by other residents and largely absent. Services in the lease are either not fulfilled or so inconsistently fulfilled that they might as well not even do them.Pray that there is no significant snowstorm because it will take them three or four days to get the plow to the park.
