Maintenance is terrible
The rating here overall should be a clue, terribly managed, rules enforced inconsistently, and despite their boilerplate responses on here, the comments keep saying the same thing. Look elsewhere because if their official response is that their fees are consistent with the area, find a place that is the same price where you will be treated fairly, because this isn't the place.
Honestly, I would look into living somewhere else before moving into this park. The rules are very inconsistent. I understand they have rules to keep everything to a standard, but you can’t have a “standard” when they pick and choose what rules to enforce and who they enforce the rules on.
