Purchased a home from out of state and I'm very impressed with Blake and Garret going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I've had bad experiences with large home builders in the past, but I can say DR Horton and this community have exceeded my expectations.
Overlook West by D.R. Horton is a beautiful community with thoughtfully designed homes and a great overall layout. From what I’ve seen, the neighborhood is well planned and offers a welcoming atmosphere. Garret was especially friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer questions, making a great impression. It’s easy to see the effort the team puts into creating a quality experience for prospective homeowners.
Garret Gold was super knowledgeable about the home building process, and super helpful! Highly recommend buying a home through DR Horton and their team.
