Absolutely awful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My father receives services (we are switching ASAP) and the visiting nurse he has is not only rude but very very late every visit. Every single visit she is at least 2 hours behind, often an appointment will be at 11am and she will not show up until almost 4pm. Then she suddenly wouldn't show up for an appointment and hours later she would call and want to reschedule it for the next day. The visiting nurses, OT and PT nurses that helped me have been phenomenal. I cannot thank them enough for their help, insight, kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend the Greenfield office. Many thanks.
My surgeon set me up with Overlook after my recent knee replacement surgery. I had Diane for PT and Emma as a visiting nurse. Excellent service and wonderful people. I reside in Greenfield. And I got excellent support when I needed to call in on weekend or after hours. Next surgery in 2 weeks....looking forward to their fine care again. I highly recommend them.
