Management isn’t very active. Maintenance don't know what they’re doing. More worried about cameras than fixing things that have been brought upon them months ago. The cockroach and mouse thing is more of a personal problem, my family hasn’t dealt with that.
This place is a scam. They say it’s income based but they told me one price in the beginning when I travel down here they gave me a new price. It’s supposed to come with amenities, but you’re not allowed to use the amenities. You can’t use the gym you can’t use the game room. You can’t use the pool Not to mention. The office is always closed even though there’s five individuals in there daily they sit in there and don’t do nothing.
