Following a hospital visit it became clear that my mother, who was in the advanced stage of Alzheimer’s, required care that could no longer be provided at home. My mother-in-law was being discharged from the hospital and we had to find a suitable facility because she was unable to go back home. The Director of Nursing, Chrissy, came out that day, and 3 hours later she was accepted. Now she has been a resident here for a little more than a year. I can't say enough good things about this facility! An exemplary and very caring place for your loved ones. The staff is excellent and goes above and beyond. We had such care, concern and empathy every step of the way. They have a lot of great activities and their food is great!
Regretfully our Mom's stay there was short, but her care there was top notch! Caring, compassionate, patient, and professional staff. Everyone including dining room staff, laundriess, beautician and custodial staff were so genuine and friendly The accommodations are welcoming, pleasant, very CLEAN.
I took a tour of Overlook Green on 11/29/23 for my mother who was being discharged from the hospital. This was just for a short term stay to have my mom adjust from hospital to home. The facility was very nice and had a warm atmosphere and the staff was inviting and friendly. My mother decided she just wanted to go home and receive her therapy there.
