Never knew this place existed. The place you need to visit if you wear boots to work! We were looking for steel toe cowboy / wellington style boots for my daughter's vo-tech class. They have the best selection of women's sizes in the area! Found a nice a pair of wolverines that didn't break the bank and when she out grows them we will be back! Heck ill be back for a nice pair of steel toe wellys when mine wear out!
Update: I received a response from Overlook Boots with a return label for my boots. I'm happy to hear from them with a solution, so I updated my rating accordingly. The return process was still more trouble than I was hoping for, so minus one star for that. I ordered a model of boot I'd never tried before, so I paid an extra fee for free returns in case they didn't fit. I ordered $200 logger boots from Overlook boots online store in 2023, they just never arrived, customer service told me I’m beat by the time I even realized a year later from my delivery receipts. They robbed me on my first and only order. Lame
Really nice quaint boot place. Owners were super nice and accommodating.
