Avoid Renting Here. My experience living at Overlook was extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to warn others before signing a lease. Unjustified Post-Lease Charges: After moving out, I was told that over $300 would be deducted from my deposit for vague and unreasonable charges such as “mattress replacement.” During my lease, I had also been charged for “curtain replacement” — something I have never encountered in any other rental. Did my walk through and tour today, Renee was very helpful. Looking forward to possibly move in.
I toured Overlook ND & the leasing staff was very approachable & informative. I decided that Irish Flats was a better fit for me, but I still highly recommend this property!
Enjoyed my tour, loved the layout of the rooms, also The fact that it is close to everything will make it easy for commute. Also love that there is a laundry room and a workout room so my downtime I can get my workout in.
