I went to the leasing office today (Thursday) at 2:30 PM and no one was there. I tried calling the number posted on the door for assistance, but it turns out that number belongs to a completely different property — Irish Flats, not Overlook Apartments. That’s incredibly unprofessional and confusing. How can residents or visitors get help if the office is closed and the contact information is wrong? Very disappointed with this.
Really dishonest about what you get charged. The rent advertised is not what you will pay!! Even though your lease ends in early July, you'll pay for all of July and you'll pay for the portion of August in the first month that you're not there either because they sneak in a total balance in 12 installments in the lease rather than a monthly rate for the time that you're actually there. Friendly, responsive office staff and service department. Their excellent communication makes Overlook a cut above with spacious, beautiful units, fair pricing, and unique campus proximity. Safe, clean, and highly recommend!!! Go Irish!
The maintenance team at the Overlook apartment are great indeed. They attend to all maintenance jobs promptly and complete the tasks excellently and very fast. They are the best team here.
