Been living around here since last September. The lease never said anything about a smoking policy. Now mid lease they're telling everyone that now they cannot smoke tobacco including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, hookahs, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices in their homes, hallways, patios, clubhouses or balconies. Saying that residents will get fines, repair or odor remediation charges or up to eviction. Saying residents must smoke in their car or off property. Please DON’T waste your money or time moving around this place!! The management is TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! My car’s been towed multiple times despite having a parking pass. They make up rules as they go, with nothing explicitly written in the lease agreement. If you value your car and peace of mind, this ISN’T the place for you or your family!! I must say the current staff is better than the last. I lived here around five years ago and was interested in moving back but was hesitant . I toured with Dazia And she was very informative and professional! Very good at her job! The young lady in the front as well I can’t remember her name, but she sits at the front desk when you first walk in. The property was clean, but the unit still needs some work.
