This place has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. For months, I’ve dealt with unsanitary and disgusting pet waste coming from the upstairs neighbors. Despite multiple complaints, photos, videos, and logs, the apartment management has done NOTHING effective to fix the issue. They promised to send cleaning staff – no one ever showed up. Unresolved Health Hazards Our upstairs neighbors allow their pet to use their balcony as a bathroom, causing pet waste and contaminated water to spill onto our balcony for 3 months!!! . What a trash ! This has led to foul odors, air pollution, fly infestations, and trash disposal issues. Despite management warnings, the behavior continues, posing significant health risks and violating housing standards. The upstairs neighbor keeps using balcony as their pet bathroom . I've been contacting the management office since December and every weekly until now. They didn't do their job and not better in the new management team. We've animal addentum, but the pet is using the blacony as a bathroom for 6 months !!!!
