I just attended a tour with Dazia . She has a great energy and was honest as I asked questions about the complex. The apartment I toured was clean, upgraded and spacious. The other office staff were also friendly. Looking forward to moving in soon. Update: the maintenance staff are great we had an electrical issue in the apartment recently and I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he came on Mother’s Day night and helped and then came again the next morning when we had the same problem occurred. It's ridiculous y'all letting anybody move in l've been out here for four years now it's literally time to go. Loud music late at night/early morning can't even get a breath of fresh air on the patio without inhaling smoke especially cigarettes. The parking is horrible because of the two car per unit policy but we can't even get a personal parking spot with our letter on it so we can get a decent park then you have people from across the parking lot parking in front of our building. Management basically tells you to accept disrespect and harassment from neighbors. No problem solving whatsoever and I can’t afford to live anywhere else. Just great.
I’ve lived here for 8 years and It’s bad high rent shooting property and people gotta walk in the street visitor parking always getting towed by a Crappy tow company Damaged cars and Known for it because you need a parking pass 7 days a weak Maintenance on apartments are terrible plumbing Bad Wouldn’t recommend Cheaper places With better accommodations. And the only reason I’m still here is it’s the closest place to my job.
⚠️ DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY HERE – TOTAL NIGHTMARE I took a gamble on this place and I’m deeply regretting it. If you’re reading this, stay away. The customer service is non-existent. I’ve reached out multiple times via email, and the staff—specifically Jana Fetty and Jennifer—are completely useless. They are selectively responsive and seem to go silent the moment there’s an issue involving money.
