Great experience so far
I rented an apartment for 6 months. I didn’t actually move in for personal reasons. The place was pretty gross (dead roaches) and stained carpet. During the 6 months I was there for about 15 minutes in total and never wore shoes on the carpet yet they charged me $310 to clean a place that was cleaner than when I got it.
