tl:dr *not the safest space for women* I joined this gym during the lockdown. It is a well-equipped gym, and I was impressed with the owner’s dedication and knowledge. My days of waiting for racks at other local gyms were over because he had plenty of squat racks. I could focus on my strength goals here.
