I had a fantastic experience with Overland Yukon!!! The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a great trip. The booking process was smooth, and the owner and staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the great outdoors in comfort and style! Avoid at all costs. I saw a couple of bad reviews before booking, but I thought they were just minor issues. Turns out, they were spot on. The service is terrible—full of misleading information and poor communication. I strongly advise staying away. I booked my trip via email for what was supposed to be 4 nights, with late drop-off and pick-up. They gave me an estimate for 5 days, even though I was only staying 4. I had no choice but to give one star, as there isn't an option for zero. Communicating with Andrew before the trip was incredibly frustrating; it took him 2-3 weeks to respond to my inquiries. When we reached their parking lot, the only available Jeep had a completely cracked windshield and a torn roof tent cover. To make matters worse, we found out that the A/C was broken several hours away from Whitehorse, where cellular service is extremely limited.
