Be careful. These people handed me a car with strongly damaged windshield and told me - because auf the damages - I had no liability for windshield. Even so I did not add any additional damage to the windshield the later charged 700 Dollar for windshield replacement. They mixed the mileage of my car with the mileage of the car of friend of mine. And, they refused to correct that. They added a second driver even so we never asked for one and finally they claim, we stole the storage bags (which are still in the car) for the sl... read more
The best!! I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences of my life! The team was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring every detail was taken care of. Their expertise and knowledge of the Yukon is unmatched. The vehicles provided were top-notch, rugged yet comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a seamless adventure. I had a fantastic experience with Overland Yukon!!! The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a great trip. The booking process was smooth, and the owner and staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the great outdoors in comfort and style! Definitely coming back!
Avoid at all costs. I saw a couple of bad reviews before booking, but I thought they were just minor issues. Turns out, they were spot on. The service is terrible—full of misleading information and poor communication. I strongly advise staying away. I booked my trip via email for what was supposed to be 4 nights, with late drop-off and pick-up. They gave me an estimate for 5 days, even though I was only staying 4.
