Premium quality products that are built to last and look good at the same time. Customer support is top notch. I’ve have had to warranty a couple of items. The process was very easy. Send pictures, address and receipt. Response time is quick. I will give them my $$$ with their future products. Much respect for a company that stands by their product.
I don't even know where to begin... Okay. You'll notice the small American flag on the bottom right of pages on their site... I was told their products were American by customer service. I happened to call back one day after buying the Expedition Bed cap and spoke to a female who proceeded to tell me all their products are Chinese. This couldn't make more sense. Update: I’m changing my review to a 3 today. I spoke to customer service. They were very friendly, apologetic & they are expediting the piece. I’ll update my review based on how long it takes me to get the part. Unless their customer service representative calls me back asap I will be leaving my review as a 1. I ordered a Nomad 2 Extended Roof Top Tent with an Annex Room. I've purchased 2 awnings, an air pump, recovery gear, RTT and a spare tire bag from OVS. I don't have any issues with the products, but I do think the tent and awning could have better material and quality control. The price is good for what you get which is also good. However, the air pump i recently purchased works great, but the gauge is wrong. I'm writing this review because I'm not hearing back from customer service and the instructions are wrong for mounting the tent as they are universal to all tents. I get responses ... read more
