When parts failed for the aoft top I purchased, I started the dreaded "contact support" nightmare. Then - a response within a couple of days, and a replacement was issued. Best customer service i have encountered in recent times. Communicative, informative, and kept me up to date on progress. I don't often need gearbox my jeep, but thisnis where I will start from now on.
A horrific purchasing experience. Placed an order for the sliding bed extension, didn't show as out of stock, only found they were out after calling for an update. For over a month I would have to call for a new update because the previous commitment was missed. Finally just cancelled today after I was told it would be another 2 weeks, then got a call an hour later and suddenly it was going to ship? I had a bit of a warranty issue and the company went out of their way to assist me. This is an excellent product. I purchased the 270 awning.
I purchased the Expedition Pro Plus cap around November 2025. The estimated dates to be delivered was around mid-January when I purchased, then when I called it was pushed back to mid-february. I just got off the phone with them today and they're saying it will be delivered mid-march too early april. I understand that they are trying to make sure their quality control is on point, but it is a bit upsetting as I had several trips planned and will not be able to use their product for any of those trips. Purchased a shower awning and requested will call. They ended up shipping the item, and to make it worse they shipped the wrong item. I had to just drive over to swap the item. Customer service was okay. They didn't give me any issues doing the swap and were apologetic. It's going to be two months, no update on my order. It's been over a week, no is late on my order.
