If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband purchased a rooftop tent on August 21 and paid an additional $200 for shipping. For weeks, he called asking for a tracking number and was repeatedly given different excuses — “it’s being shipped,” “we’re trying to find a box,” and “we just haven’t gotten to it yet.” Today, September 15, we were finally told the tent is not even there anymore and that they apparently sold it. They have variety of things from roof top tents, campers, camper shell, camp kitchen, air system, and off road equipment such as winches, recovery straps and vehicle mounted awning shelter system. Come down ans visit them in their newly upgraded showroom where you can browse throught and get hands on on their products.

Quick fulfillment but some quality issues on the expedition cap. Logo installed upside down, some scratches, and caulk issues. Installation instructions were dialed but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Not terrible, not great, just meh.

Bought screen doors for van. They do not fit properly, large gaps where bugs can enter and they do not stay in place if van doors are closed and then opened again. Customer service had little info on product and no suggestions for making them work. I may try to use the material to diy something that actually works.

When parts failed for the aoft top I purchased, I started the dreaded "contact support" nightmare. Then - a response within a couple of days, and a replacement was issued. Best customer service i have encountered in recent times. Communicative, informative, and kept me up to date on progress. I don't often need gearbox my jeep, but thisnis where I will start from now on.
