Amazing work! She knows just where to massage to help! Spends time finding out about your pain and discusses a plan. Best massage I have EVER experienced. Truly a blessing! She knows her stuff. Can't say enough good.

I won't get into all the reasons why I need myoskeletal/myofascia massage, but I've had more than my fair share of massages of all types. It's difficult to subjectively rate how you experience pain, and it's equally difficult to rate levels of relief. Unfortunately, this is not a favorable review. I came to Overland Massage as a referral for myofascial release. I had been searching for someone to provide relief for me as I do for my patients. I am a Physical Therapist who has done the John Barnes myofascial release for 30+ years providing significant relief and a new lease on life for many people. Jen is the best of the best!! She listened to and addressed my concerns, and even taught me a few stretches I can do at home to manage my pain between appointments! You can tell she has had great training and truly cares about the well-being of her clients!

This massage far exceeded my expectations! Jen worked on some specific areas but also focused on relaxation. It was a great stress reliever and I cannot wait until the next time.
