Terrible!!! Don’t put yourself or beloved at risk and go somewhere else!. The nastiest emergency room I’ve ever seen! and because the insurance we ended up there. Since we arrived the waiting room smelled funky, the floor was extremely dirty and the restrooms were like worst than a public market bathroom. Then my family member was checked in and seen by the nurse in the hallway!!! We have been waiting in ER for over 7 hours. We came in at 11:30pm and it is now 6:38. We can’t get an answer about when we will see the surgeon. We are exhausted and no one knows when the anesthesiologist and surgeon will get to us. A
