We just opened a new office and the building we are leasing had terrible carpets. We hired Overland Park Carpet Cleaners and they did an excellent job saving the flooring in our entire office space. They look so good and it saved us from having to replace them. Thank you to Roland and his team!
I am very disappointed. I called them last week and told the young woman who answered the phone that I needed a firm quote to turn in to my management before I could hire them. I gave her exact room dimensions, info about how soiled the carpet was. She said they had a minimum trip charge of $90 and that should cover the cost. When Roland arrived he measured the room and said it would be $200. I explained the quote I received and he said he wouldn't do it for that. He kept saying "we like to be transparent". Just moved to Overland I needed to have may carpets redone and was referred by a friend. The company did an excellent job from talking on the phone with me to the staff they sent over and transformed the carpets brand new.
Own cleaning is really a pain. we never knew what to do and what not to. They did a fine job and gave a new look to my home. I have decided to call them often as I am very much pleased with the output. My kids and pets are much safer now. Neat work
