Outstanding customer service and workmanship! Having ordered parts through the online store in the past, this was my first time bringing the truck in for service to deal with nagging steering vibrations and alignment issues that other shops couldn't seem to fix. The sales staff were great and the techs knocked it out of the park - after ECGS bushing, rebalancing and alignment, freeway driving is smooth and I'm all smiles. Zero ego at this place, just good folks passionate about 4x4s. Will be back!
Can't recommend these folks enough! I try to do most of the work on my tacoma myself, but when I lack the shop space, certain tools, or patience, this is my only stop. I have had a roof rack which required drilling through the truck roof installed here, and this week archive garage leaf spring hangers and a cross brace. Always professional, great communication, and I can trust the work is done right.
Brought my lifted 08 Tacoma in for a vehicle inspection, wheel alignment and some other parts install. Well worth the inspection, found issues my other mechanic missed. This shop knows off alignments. My taco was wandering on the highway, I thought it was my 255/85r16 tires. Now it drives like a floaty sport truck (in a good way). Shop communication is great; labour rates are fair and well below the stealership rates. Will repeat.
Bought a Four Wheel Camper through these fine gentlemen. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Very helpful, quality install. Can only say good things about them. Highly recommend!
Overland Outfitters is the ONLY shop I will bring my Tacoma to for service or installations. I have yet to meet another group of enthusiasts who know Toyotas better than the crew at Overland Outfitters. Their work is top notch and your vehicle is in the hands of a group of individuals who take their work and customer service incredibly seriously. I simply cannot recommend them enough. Cheers guys for yet another great experience.
