I called to get my car in because the front end felt sloppy and all over the place. I thought it was my ball joints and tie rods. They were quick to get me and didn't take advantage of the fact that I'm female, which I feel a lot of places assume as woman you know nothing about cars. Turns out it just was very badly out of alignment. Im grateful for their honesty and prompt attention.
