I am very remiss in taking so long to write this review and I apologize. My family planned a ski trip to Keystone/Breck Dec 26-Jan 2, 2019. I knew we wanted a 4 WD drive vehicle simply b/c the road conditions were unknown and we weren't willing to risk it. We did a trip across Colorado, staying half of days camping with the Jeep and then half of days at a luxury hotel in Beaver Creek. Honest to God, my wife was sad leaving the jeep and moving to the hotel. The flexibility of deciding where to spend the night, every day, was incredible. We really missed that when staying at the hotel. We went all the way to Aspen staying in amazing places and doing mountain bike all the way. My family had a unique situation where we needed to rent an RV and hold Christmas in a parking lot. (Really long story) Overland was responsive to our last minute request and worked with us to get everything set-up. Great customer care from start to finish!
As a husband and wife on both sides of 80 years we are new to the experience of RVing. So we were not quite the adventurers that our rental was created for AND YET Steve made the whole experience work with careful direction, solid support and quick thoughtful responses to our every question. We had such an amazing trip with Overland Discovery! Our original international trip to celebrate our anniversary was canceled due to COVID and at the last minute we decided to book a Jeep camper and explore southern Colorado. We are so glad we did! Camila and the entire team were FANTASTIC to work with. She had great tips on website to find free campsites.
