This shop is incredibly professional, super transparent and all around awesome to work with. They did a phenomenal job fixing my beloved Tacoma. I was given a quote by another local Toyota company that involved a multi-thousand dollar overhaul of my truck, I brought it out to Stephen and his crew for a second opinion. Anyone with a Landcruiser Or other 4x4 Toyota can't go wrong here.
After charging me 67 hours of labor to mount two bumpers to our 200 series, I discovered they'd pinched the winch power cable between bumper and frame, causing a short that would have burned the truck to the ground had we needed to use that winch. After making them aware of the problem, no resolution was even considered. I've now had to pay more money than I originally spent having all their work redone. Every electrical connection they touched was bad. Every piece of work performed was incompetent. Avoid at all costs.
