So I dealt with Brandon, and I havent bought a tent yet. But he steered me away from a more expensive tent. To a less expensive one after asking why I wanted it. He could have had the sale right then. But stopped me to make sure I get the best product for my needs. When im ready to pick up a tent I will definitely be going back. I recently purchased dog house meza roughneck 4p RTT from overland canada. Brandon was very nice and explained everything especially when I get back with the broken plastic clip (if thats what its called) its my fault for breaking it though, but Brandon replaced the clip for free. The tent was very sturrdy and warm. I also like that doghouse is a canadian product and company. I would recommend to buy from this shop. Thanks again Brandon.
Brandon went above and beyond for me when I got my tent home and realized it was missing the clips for my ladder. He thankfully brought them out to Didsbury for me as I was unable to make it out to him and was going out camping the next day. He has been great to deal with this entire process and made my buying experience so much better !
