Always compassionate and thorough care at this location. I've always felt very supportive and listened to.And it seems like the highest quality of care i've ever received for x-rays. I would like to give kudos to Brittany W. in medical imaging, Lucia in Urgent Care and Nelson for their kind welcome, and James the x-ray technician for his incredibly patient and thorough work. 10/10 the best.

I had an x-ray done recently and the entire process was smooth and efficient. The staff at billing and the x-ray technician were both professional, kind, and showed empathy.

Waited more than 30 minutes on call to get cost estimation for an Ultrasound Pelvic report before booking an appointment. Someone picked up and they simply said they can’t say what it costs even they don’t show what it costs without insurance and I asked to transfer me to billing department or if there’s another way to get to know an estimate. I waited so long and at the end they hung up on me. I booked an appointment for the same at Overlake Issaquah and it was showing an estimate of $999 for hospital charges and procedures... read more

Such a quick and delightful experience! Called back shortly after I arrived, and so I didn't have to expose my son to radiation the medical receptionist played with him and watched him during my X-Ray. Give her a raise!
