Waited more than 30 minutes on call to get cost estimation for an Ultrasound Pelvic report before booking an appointment. Someone picked up and they simply said they can’t say what it costs even they don’t show what it costs without insurance and I asked to transfer me to billing department or if there’s another way to get to know an estimate. Such a quick and delightful experience! Called back shortly after I arrived, and so I didn't have to expose my son to radiation the medical receptionist played with him and watched him during my X-Ray. Give her a raise!
