I waited for about 4 hours to be seen. Even when I did the online checking in, it's ridiculous
Avoid this urgent care for babies if possible. Our pediatrician’s clinic was unavailable and advised us to go to any urgent care. Since this one was near our home, we went here — and had a very disappointing experience. The staff appeared unprepared to treat infants. The first nurse took nearly 10 minutes to attempt to monitor our baby’s heartbeat, struggling to position the device while our baby was crying inconsolably.
