Worst front desk service ever. It’s early in the morning and the front desk lady was on the phone when I entered. I waited by the desk for about 15 minutes and she didn’t apologize for a word. Then she asked me for ID which I only had it on my phone and she refused to check me in with a very unfriendly and impatient tone. I did online checking and had provided my ID and insurance during online checking and there is no where in the process telling me I had to bring a physical ID for my appointment. Not sure how this clinic has 4.4 stars. This place is an absolute mess. My husband suddenly had a gout attack and was in severe pain 2 nights ago. He ran out of one of his meds, so I called first thing at 7am and asked for Dr. Sean Yang to refill it. Front desk told me it was in his possession, so all he had to do was sign off on the refill as he was the original doctor and pcp who had prescribed it in the first place. Overlake Hospital and Clinics: A System in Chaos— Overlake Hospital and Clinics are an absolute mess. Getting through to the front desk is nearly impossible, and when you finally do, the staff is often unhelpful or confused. It took me 3.5 months just to schedule my first appointment.
