Very clean for a mobile home park but at the price on their lot rent No THANKS
I put in applications along side two other people I would be moving in with, and I got an email from Sky the leasing and sales agent. She was wanting to set up a tour with me and gave me a number to call, I called the number multiple times and each time I was met with a message saying the number I have reached is not in service. I live here now and not sure how much longer because we got an eviction notice on our door today. Been here for almost 2 years and been through 5-6 managers as well as close to the same number of maintenance workers. Have been charged out the arse for rent and even with my deposit in the beginning, my family went from $1,400 in rent to $1,800 in rent until we move because the carpet under my kids door is shredded by cats. We’ve been trying to tour one home for sale for weeks. We drove an hour and a half last weekend and the guy told us 15 minutes prior to the appointment he wouldn’t be there to show. On top of that, he has already double checked the day before about it???…. We stopped by and looked on the outside. Not bad. Except no one will communicate back and the home is still for sale? Awful management. Idk how businesses are still open.
