We banged up the bottom panel of the garage door last winter, oops, after a quick call to Overhead Door they were out to bend it back into shape and install a brace. That got the door working again, a new panel was ordered and installed a few weeks later. Good work guys!
Needed help repairing my garage door, the customer service and knowledgeable staff walked me through the whole process step by step. So grateful for them.
I want to give credit to Amel and Tim for the great job they did on our door. They took the time to make sure everything was adjusted properly and looking right. Tim went the extra mile by replacing the necessary parts and making finetuned adjustments on the spot and noticed more then the senior tech, It's rare to find technicians who are that thorough and get everything sorted in one visit. Highly recommend.
My experience with Overhead Doors was very positive. Questions were answered in a timely fashion, the installers were very knowledgeable. And when I needed the installers to return for a recheck, the office staff and installers provided excellent service.
